THE FACE OF HRC CLEVELAND
HUMAN RIGHTS
CAMPAIGN
FUTURE HOPE
Leslie Sadasivan loved her son, Robbie, and wanted him to feel safe while struggling with his sexual orientation at school. Robbie felt so unsafe that he ended his life at 15 years old. Leslie joined the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) to encourage more love and tolerance in a world with too much hate and too little understanding.
That's why Leslie, and other parents of gay and lesbian children are attending the 6th Annual HRC Cleveland Dinner on May 1st, 1999 at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel featuring keynote speaker, Mayor Willie Brown of San Francisco.
The Human Rights Campaign, the nation's largest lesbian and gay political organization, envisions an America where lesbian and gay people are ensured of their basic rights and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community.
Tickets ($175 per person) are available by calling Box Office Tickets at 800.494.TIXS. For more information about HRC, call 800.777.HRC3 or visit our website at www.hrc.org
